Fleece is a carding process in which equipment is used to pull down the surface of fabric and dense steel needles are used to pick up the chemical fibers on the surface of fabric to produce a fleece. The fluff layer can improve the warmth, appearance and feel of the fabric. It is suitable for woolen, acrylic and cotton fabrics. The fluffy fabric is fluffy and short when it is dry in air, and the chemical fiber has great elongation when it is wet, and the surface chemical fiber is sticky. The long down can be obtained by spraying wet and sticking the down fabric, and the wavy down can be obtained by soaking the down fabric. Cotton fabrics should only be fluffed dry.
